I tried several times. This got close using AI. image creating software. And using photoshop
to rework it, I got this....



I used this as a reference  in an A.I. image creator,
got a good result for a final image in the end and turned
it to b&w and used photoshop to insert pubic hair and a copy on his phone...

The I used Dynamic Autopainter to get this.
